Items on the website span a wide array of conditions. Items can be New With Tags, New, Gently Used and Used. For a description regarding what these terms mean, please see our condition of items guide. Unless otherwise noted in the Item Description, most of the Gently Used or Used apparel are either dry cleaned or freshly laundered before being made available for sale at www.tpffash.com.
Coupon codes and/or promotions cannot be combined or applied to the same order. Promotional codes cannot be applied towards past orders.
No. Most items at tpffash.com are one-of-a-kind so once the item is purchased, it will be sold out.
Indefinitely. There is no time constraint on how long an item remains in your cart. It will stay there until it is sold, or you remove it. We would love it if everyone was able to get all of the items in their cart but sometimes it comes down to who is quicker to complete the purchase.
No, most items never restock so we suggest that you purchase all of the items that you love while they are available before they sell out.
Unfortunately, since most items at tpffash.com are one-of-a-kind, there is nothing we can do. Please check www.tpffash.com often as we will be adding new items to the boutique routinely.
Products will be added weekly or as The Photo Fashionista receives new products.
In rare instances, we may have two of the same items on the website. When items are curated, we evaluate the original value and condition of the item which affects the final selling price. An item can be priced higher than the other item based on the condition of the item etc. We do not match prices.
We conduct research and use other indicators to determine pricing such as: i) the recent sales of comparable items, ii) availability and demand, iii) retail value, iv) condition and rarity of the item, v) seller’s feedback, and vi) current fashion trends. The original retail price may be a factor in our pricing, depending on the brand and style.
We do not negotiate pricing for items found on tpffash.com. Prices are fixed at the amount indicated on the website.
We carry shoes and accessories from luxury designers such Gucci, Prada, The Office of Angela Scott, and Stuart Weitzman. We also carry clothes, shoes and accessories from other designerssuch as Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Karen Millen, Tory Burch, BCBG Max Azria, Express, H&M, Zara, etc.
Most items on tpffash.com are only available in one size. Please use our size guide as a general guide.
We typically respond to contact form submissions and emails within 1-2 business days, except during periods of high demand, weekends and holidays. Please include your name, phone number and order number in the contact us form or other correspondence to us to avoid delays in response. The Photo Fashionista is required by law to charge sales tax on all purchases where applicable. The amount of sales tax will be automatically added to your order if appropriate based on your shipping location. If you do not see sales tax added to your order amount, then you will not be charged sales tax. For international orders, duties, tariffs and taxes are charged by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $100.
ORDERS:
Thank you for your order. Upon completion of your order, you will be transferred to a confirmation page that contains your order number and the details of your order. An order confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you provided to The Photo Fashionista when you placed your order. Please note, only after your credit card details have been approved, the delivery address verified and the items located, will your order be shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have not received these emails, please check your junk or spam folder.
We know that you want your order quickly. Because we work efficiently to process your order as soon as it is placed, we are unable to edit, apply discounts, or cancel your order.
No, we do not offer exchanges.
Due to the nature of our business, all items are FINAL SALE. All items are sold in “as-is” condition. We do our best to describe every item in detail. No, The Photo Fashionista does not offer pickup options. All orders will be shipped to the address on file via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
If you receive notification of your order being cancelled, it may be due to one of these reasons: 1) the item(s) ordered is no longer available to ship. It is Out of Stock.; or 2) the billing and shipping addresses on your order does not match and you have either failed to provide verification or your verification has not been approved.

SHIPPING:
We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking on every order. Depending on the cost, heavy orders will be sent via Priority Mail through USPS. We offer first class standard shipping to the USA (3-5 business days), Priority Mail (2-3 business days), Overnight Shipping (1-2 business days) and International (shipping times vary).
Unfortunately, we do not. We ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

Absolutely! If you have created an account, once your order has shipped, your order details will be updated with a tracking number. You can click on this tracking number to track your order. Conversely, if you have not created an account, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order is shipped. Go to tpffash.com and enter your tracking number at the bottom of the page to track your order.
Our goal is to ship items as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. To view the typical time frame for deliveries, visit our Shipping Policy page.
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order. We will issue a full refund to your original form of payment for any item(s) that we cannot fulfill. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that depending on your bank, sometimes it may take 5-10 business days for you to see the refund on your bank statement.
Yes. Economy Delivery shipments to these countries are sent via USPS. Deliveries may take up to 15 business days.
If you received notification that your order was delivered but you have not received it yet, please get in touch with your local USPS office. Unfortunately, once the order leaves our facility, there is not much that we can do. Sadly, packages occasionally get lost, stolen, and/or destroyed in transit, and working with the USPS is the best way to resolve the matter.
